How Do I get a Support Ticket...

Hello, I was only wanting to buy the software for use on a Raspberry Pi. I read elsewhere on the website that the online-store doesn't take support on-line purchases for this but for me to get an online support ticket & someone will get back to me. I went through the process of getting one, and then ended up with a page saying that a ticket has been sent to my email address. I am still waiting and this was all done last week. How long does it take? I can't tell you any numbers or anything because I wasn't given one...
If someone can get back to me as soon as you're able, that would be great.
