enabling save to audio file

Postby mikebayus » Thu Jun 13, 2013 8:06 am

I have installed swift version 6. When I run the "swift -V" command I get a message that says "saving to audio files is disabled." Can I, and should I enable this function, and what happens when I do, and, How do I do it?

Mike,

Saving audio to a file from the command line (Windows DOS prompt, OS X Terminal) is a feature of the Cepstral Server products and is not present in the Personal versions of the voice software.

Good to know, and that's about what I figured. But in order to avoid confusion, maybe that last line might be left off of the personal product's info.
