The lexicon.txt file( which can be created inside a voices directory.) allows the user to make custom pronunciations of certain words. For more information about creating lexicon entries along with a list of multilingual phonemes, please visit: http://cepstral.com/cgi-bin/support?page=lexicon

I believe the following lexicon entries are what you're looking for:

wind 0 w ih1 n d
altimeter 0 ao0 l t ih1 m i0 t er1
qantas 0 k ae0 n t eh0 s
zulu 0 z ao0 l uw1

If any of these entries were not the desired pronunciation then please let me know what word and how it is wanted to be specifically pronounced and ill be happy to assist.
