Having trouble entering your license key(s)?

Registraion

I have been given a registration number, but I don't see where to post it. Can it be that possession of the number is proof that I have already been registered? If not, where do I enter the number?

Hi Niku,

Are you trying to register a voice, or a concurrency license?

If you are using windows, here is an entry from Cepstral's FAQ to enter a voice license: http://www.cepstral.com/cgi-bin/support ... s#enterkey

The full FAQ list is at: http://www.cepstral.com/support

I was trying to buy a voice to use on my Macbook. If I must register to do this, my question remains the same: Where do I go to register? I hope I don't have to wait another week to get a reply.

Niku,

Voice licenses are available at: http://store.cepstral.com

For help registering these voices with their license keys on a Mac, this page should be helpful: http://cepstral.com/cgi-bin/support?pag ... x#enterkey

I'm sorry for any inconvenience the delay in response has caused you. Please note that this is a community forum and we at Cepstral do not constantly monitor these pages.

In the future, if you require immediate assistance from Cepstral please feel free to contact us through our ticketing system at: http://support.cepstral.com

Thanks for using our voices!

In addition, if you do not yet have a voice installed, you can download any of them for free at: http://www.cepstral.com/downloads

Purchasing a license simply removes the "not licensed" message.

Thanks again,

-Alex
