Moved to a new server

I've moved my installation to a new server and I'm now hearing a message stating my voice is not licensed and there are no licensed ports. I have entered the license key on the Cepstral Tools app. Tips for how to resolve?

I've found this topic in the forum. Perhaps this is my issue as well. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=84732
Still testing the new environment before shutting down the current system.
