Hi,

Swift is name of our command line tool used in our server telephony products. Swift comes automatically bundled with our telephony voice installers. You can find the download locations for those here:

http://www.cepstral.com/telephony/download

Please note that those links are for version 6 voices. If you have an older version of our software please contact us by opening a ticket:

https://www.cepstral.com/ticketing/

Let me know if you have any further questions.

for some reason: (SAMPLE Writed down by hand)
|-------------------------------------------------|
| Port | Status | Started | Avail. | checkin |
| | | sec ago | in secs | sec ago |
|------|------------|---------|---------|---------|
| 0 | UNUSED | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 1 | UNUSED | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 2 | UNUSED | 0 | 0 | 0 |
|-------------------------------------------------|

it was Displaying like this
|-------------------------------------------------|
| Port | Status | Started | Avail. | checkin |
| | | sec ago | in secs | sec ago |
|------|------------|---------|---------|---------|
| 0 | UNUSED | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 1 | RELEASED | 0 | 999 | 0 |
| 2 | RELEASED | 0 | 999 | 0 |
|-------------------------------------------------|

Avail in 999sec?
we have to restart asterisk any idea why?
we have 3 License only to test de Engine, everthing but that is working ok.

Hi Oper,

I would suggest opening a support ticket here:

https://www.cepstral.com/ticketing/

We generally do not do specific troubleshooting on the forums as it is very likely system dependent and not applicable to a wider audience. Opening a support ticket will also better allow us to track the progress of your ticket.

Thanks for your understanding.
